Services are provided remotely and are subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

✔ Clients must provide accurate and complete information for service fulfillment.
✔ Payment for services must be processed before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Clients must ensure all communication and materials shared with The Anchor Assistant are legal and ethical.

Payment & Billing

✔ Services are billed in advance based on selected packages.
✔ Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe).
✔ Invoices are due as per the agreed payment terms (e.g., Net 7, Net 14, or Due Upon Receipt).

🚨 Late Payments: Unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may be subject to late fees or service suspension.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ Clients may cancel their services with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle and apply to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
✔ No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods.
✔ The Anchor Assistant reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

✔ All client information shared with The Anchor Assistant will be kept confidential.
✔ We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
✔ Secure data management practices are followed to ensure privacy and protection.

🚨 However, The Anchor Assistant is not responsible for third-party breaches (e.g., email providers, payment processors).

Limitation of Liability

✔ The Anchor Assistant provides support services only and does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
✔ We are not responsible for technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or lost data.
